Learn from life

They say that as we grow older, we become wiser. We learn from life’s experiences and apply the lesson to become better human beings. Not everyone grows wiser. Some of us just grow older. How about you? Are you growing wiser?

How do you respond to life’s events?

Do you have complete control of what happens to you? Can you control the people and events around you? I’m sure you cannot. However, you have full control of how you will respond to life. So take control of what you can control. Don’t worry about the rest since you cannot do anything about it. How about you? Do you control what you can?

Which wolf do you feed?

The wolf you feed inside you grows. If you feed the fear inside you, then your fear grows. If you feed your courage, then your courage grows. If you feed pessimism or optimism, then that’s the one that grows. How about you? Which wolf do you feed?

Simple works

Life will be more joyful if we keep it simple. Instead, we keep insisting that things are gray. We insist that it’s different shades of gray. It’s all an excuse we use to justify our actions and decisions. Life is black or white. It’s right or wrong. There is no gray. How about you? Do you thread in the gray area?
