Work on a weakness within in your strength zone. This makes strength stronger.

A lot of people think that in order to be successful, they need to focus on weaknesses. But what if I told you that you could be more successful developing your strengths?

It’s true! In fact, some of the most successful people in the world have worked on their areas for improvement inside of their strength. Take Michael Jordan, for example. He was a incredible basketball player, but that does not mean he stopped working on his strength. Day-in-day-out he would continue to sharpen his skills. When he finds one of his basketball skill set to be weak, he would work on it. He would work on his area for improvement within his strength. He was so successful because he was able to use and develop his entire range of abilities to his advantage.

So don’t be afraid to work on constantly developing your strength. It might take some extra effort, but it will be worth it in the end!
