We pay hard-earned money to attend training. At times it’s our employers that invest in our training. There are even free ones that trainers provide to the public out of goodwill. Notes are rigorously taken during the training. Sometimes, we make new acquaintances. Why is it then that a vast majority of people attending training do not apply most, if any, of what they learned?
