
I had the opportunity to manage different types of team members. This unique segment of employees is vocal about their ambition to get promoted and handle a more significant responsibility. The irony is that they are very poor at managing their current responsibility. If they cannot manage a small responsibility, how can they work a bigger one? What about you?
