In a healthy discussion, we should not take things personally. Taking the opinion of others personally usually clouds our judgment. We tend to develop a bias when we allow ourselves to get affected. When we are biased, our decision gets influenced. Remember that it’s all a matter of opinion and perspective. We all have our perspectives. We all have our thoughts.
