The Leader Within

Our ‘THE LEADER WITHIN’ leadership development program offers more than just classroom training. We work closely with participants to ensure they are not only learning the skills they need to become successful leaders, but also putting those skills into practice. We understand that leadership development is not a one-size-fits-all approach, so our program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each participant.

Our approach includes ongoing engagement with participants between training sessions, allowing us to check on their progress and offer support where needed. This allows participants to develop their leadership skills at their own pace and in their own way. Our focus is on practical application of leadership concepts, rather than just theory.

By participating in our program, you can expect to see real results in your leadership abilities. You will gain the skills and knowledge needed to lead effectively and inspire your team to achieve their goals. Our program will help you to build the confidence and resilience needed to overcome challenges and succeed in your role as a leader.

Investing in our program is an investment in the future of your organizations leadership team. We believe that effective leadership is essential for the success of any organization, and our program is designed to help your leadership team develop the skills and mindset needed to lead with confidence and achieve your goals.

Here are a few reasons why leadership development is essential for the success of an organization:

  1. Better Employee Engagement: Effective leaders inspire and motivate their employees, leading to higher levels of engagement and commitment. Employees who feel connected to their work and leaders are more likely to be productive, creative, and loyal.
  2. Improved Business Results: Strong leaders can set clear goals, make strategic decisions, and drive results. When leaders have the skills and knowledge to make informed decisions, they can help their organizations stay competitive and achieve their business objectives.
  3. Increased Innovation: Effective leaders encourage creativity and innovation, leading to new ideas, processes, and products. By creating a culture of innovation, organizations can stay ahead of the curve and adapt to changing market conditions.
  4. Greater Adaptability: In today’s fast-paced business environment, leaders need to adapt to changing circumstances. Leaders with strong problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, and resilience are better equipped to navigate change and uncertainty.
  5. Succession Planning: Effective leadership development programs can help organizations identify and develop future leaders. By investing in leadership development, organizations can ensure a pipeline of talented leaders ready to take on new roles and responsibilities.

Investing in leadership development is critical to the success of any organization. Influential leaders drive employee engagement, improve business results, increase innovation, and enhance adaptability. In addition, organizations can ensure they are well-positioned for long-term success by building a strong pipeline of talented leaders.

We don’t believe in the training ‘hit-and-run’ approach. What we mean by this is for a training company to schedule and conduct a one or two-day training and then leave.

Here is where we differ in belief and approach compared to other training providers:

  1. Training is just the starting point of learning, not the end.
  2. Knowledge is acquired beyond classroom training.
  3. Learning is anchored on the application of knowledge.
  4. Learning is accelerated when it is discussed and processed through group coaching.
  5. Lessons are better comprehended when applied to personal behavior (what to stop, start and continue).

Kindly note that this is not a standard training proposal where a training company comes for a specific number of days and hours of training.

What we propose as the scope for our leadership development program:

  1. That covers the critical topics listed below.
  2. That covers a list of topics based on your needs. Please feel free to recommend leadership topics relevant to your business and industry.
  3. A workshop on a particular topic or two is conducted every two weeks.
  4. In between workshops, we get feedback from each participant. We get the participants to process what they learned.
  5. Part of the workshop is a group coaching exercise discussing the previous lesson. We will also discuss how the last lesson was applied in the workplace.
  6. Every month, we dialogue with the participant’s leadership to get feedback and suggestions.
