Adding to these experiences, my journey in transformational leadership began with a significant tenure at the largest commercial bank in Saudi Arabia.
Eager to elevate from being the 3rd largest bank in the Middle East to securing the top spot, the bank embarked on an ambitious strategy of investing in top-tier American consultants. These experts were brought in to impart best practices and essential knowledge needed for the bank’s development.
In 2022, this investment bore fruit as the bank posted a net profit of 18.6 billion Saudi Riyals, equivalent to approximately 278 Trillion Pesos.
The practices and frameworks learned during my 20-year tenure with the bank have been instrumental in shaping my approach to transformation and leadership, which I’ve since applied with great success upon my return to the Philippines.
