THE 12-WEEK CURRICULUM

Week by week — what students do (customized to schools needs)

Two sessions per week. Each session is 60–90 minutes. All content is practical: students leave every session with something they can use.

Week 3	AI as your work partner — what AI can and can’t do, and hands-on practice with real work tasks.
Week 4	Communication that works — email, Slack, meetings, and how to say what you mean clearly in every channel.
Week 5	Interviewing & negotiating — mock interviews using the STAR method and how to talk about salary with confidence.
Week 6	Prompting like a pro — building AI prompts that get useful results in one shot, not five tries.
Week 7	Feedback & ownership — how to ask for feedback, hear it without getting defensive, and show your manager you own your results.
Week 8	AI for research & analysis — turning raw data or a pile of articles into a clear recommendation using AI.
Week 9	Managing priorities & pressure — what to do when everything is urgent, how to say no professionally, and how to flag problems early.
Week 10	Your first 90 days — a personal playbook: listen first, build key relationships, pick one quick win.
Week 11	AI ethics & knowing the limits — when to trust AI output, when not to, and how to use it without damaging your reputation.
Week 12	Capstone: solve a real problem — teams tackle a real-world work challenge using leadership and AI skills together, presenting to industry guests.
