As we grow older and meet up with old friends, we often talk about the glory days of the past. Some of us are stuck in the past. We cannot move forward with our eyes looking backward. How about you? Do you spend too much time looking backwards?

Challenges will always be a part of our life. They come and they go. Often, opportunities comes disguised as a challenge. If you have a growth mindset, you will see the opportunity.
